The pair were not married, which typically means a custody order will have to be put in place by a court, according to multiple reports. Lea was spotted with Cooper on Sunday, which was also Father’s Day.

SEEKING SISTER WIFE’S BERNIE MCGEE DIES: Bernie McGee, star of TLC’s reality series Seeking Sister Wife has died at age 41. “Our hearts go out to the McGee family following the loss of husband and father Bernie McGee,” the network said in a statement. “Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time.” He is survived by his wife Paige and their four children. According to a GoFundMe page set up for his memorial fund, he fell ill while riding a bike and died from “heat stroke/heart attack.”

TYRA BANKS TO STAR, EXEC PRODUCE DOCUSERIES: Supermodel Tyra Banks has signed on to star in and executive produce a docuseries dubbed Beauty for Jeffrey Katzenberg and Meg Whitman’s short-form video platform Quibi. “As I look into the future, I see radical changes in both how people ‘attain beauty,’ and how the world perceives beauty,” says Banks, “Our docu-series aims to expand and redefine the definition of beauty as we know it, challenging why we accept certain beauty parameters and reject others, and examining the beliefs behind those judgments.”

EMPIRE STAR BRYSHERE GRAY ARRESTED: Bryshere Gray is the latest Empire star to land in hot water. According to The Blast, the 25-year-old was nabbed by the Chicago Police Department for not having the registration to his car in his possession, not having proper insurance and failing to carry his driver’s license. He was arrested and booked, then released after paying a $2,000 bond. Fellow stars Jussie Smollett and Terrence Howard have had their own legal issues; Smollett’s charges for faking a hate crime have been dropped, but Howard is still reportedly being investigated for tax fraud.

LENA HEADEY WANTED A BETTER DEATH: Game of Thrones’ last season drew almost as many opinions as eyeballs. Actress Lena Headey, addressing fan disappointment over her character Cersei Lannister’s anticlimactic death told The Guardian: “I will say I wanted a better death. Obviously you dream of your death. You could go in any way on that show. So I was kind of gutted. But I just think they couldn't have pleased everyone.” Meanwhile, director Miguel Sapochnik told IndieWire that he also wasn’t thrilled with GOT’s final season either. His beef: “I wanted to kill everyone. I wanted to kill Jorah in the horse charge at the beginning. I was up for killing absolutely everyone. I wanted it to be ruthless, so that in the first 10 minutes, you say, ‘All bets are off; anyone could die.’ And David Benioff and Dan D. B. Weiss didn’t want to. There was a lot of back-and-forth on that.”
